USC football: Bad break for the Buckeyes

USC’s Week 2 opponent already has taken a big hit. Ohio State coach Jim Tressel announced that junior linebacker Tyler Moeller would miss the 2009 season because of a head injury. Moeller, a projected starter at one of the OLB spots, sustained the injury when he was punched at a bar/restaurant while on a family vacation.
